Service Description

Spring is right around the corner, which means the time is NOW to start working on your spring/summer body! Introducing Beach Body Boot Camp, a program designed to yield REAL results: trimmed inches from waistline, toned abs, leaner figure, stronger arms, and healthier eating habits. With our eight-week bootcamp, you will receive the following: - 16 focused workout sessions that include strength, core, cardio, fat burn, and stretch - Nutritious and delicious meal plans to help you reach your goals - Three checkpoint assessments througout the program to keep you on-target - one consultation call (20 mins) to help motivate you and provide extra support/coaching - recordings of each bootcamp session All sessions will be led by Yomi Karade, certified Personal Trainer and Strength Coach. Yomi brings with her a wealth of wellness talents, from meal coaching to personal and group fitness training, including HIIT, kickboxing, Zumba Fitness, special needs workout programs, core training, and more! Accompanying Yomi for these sessions will be Ginger Gregory, who specializes in Zumba Fitness, muscle toning, HIIT, and Circl Mobility/stretch classes! Together, they will challenge you to achieve your fitness goals with Beach Body Bootcamp! This is YOUR year. Now is the time to take action so you can feel energized and confident as you start this new spring season... And hopefully then take your newly strengthened, toned body to the beach! Schedule: Saturdays at 11:15 a.m. and Mondays at 5:30 p.m. beginning Saturday, March 21st and ending on Saturday, May 16th (Note: the first day is an assesment day where we will collect data--measurements, current nutrition, etc.--to assess your starting point along the journey vs. where you will be in eight weeks! You will still get 16 exercise sessions in addition to day zero (assessment day).

Cancellation Policy

This bootcamp is expertly designed to achieve weight loss results, but results will vary based upon body type, nutrition, metabolism, and other health factors. Participants consult with a doctor before beginning any exercise program. Participants understand the risk of exercise and all terms outlined in liability waiver. All sales final. If participant agrees upon arrival at first session to pay half down before beginning the program, the remaining balance must be paid halfway through the Bootcamp session (no later than April 20th).
